Improper maintenance of restaurant hood and fan cleaning not only poses health risks but greatly increases the chances of fire.

Cleaning of equipment in the restaurant industry is a specialized field requiring specialized equipment and training.  We have teams dedicated to servicing the restaurant industry.  Our teams work on your schedule to make certain that our presence does not interfere with your business operation.

All cleaning procedures are approved by the IKECA and the National Fire Protection Association.  To further protect you, we take digital photographs after completing each cleaning to document the condition of the equipment on the date of cleaning.
